The service of staff was very satisfying, for instance the doorman, receptionists, informatiebalie staff, room girls, operating personnel at breakfast were very kind and helpful. Many pf the service are included like extensive breakfast buffet and even champagne and use of computer room. Moreover there is a shuttle bus going every half hour to downtown Rome. The room was a bit small (was a superior room and I had expected a somewhat larger room) Review Score: 9

This hotel is marvelous because after a breathtaking day to Rome's city centre you're can still relaxe along the lovely pool. The rest is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the city-shuffle is superb; every half hour it departs from the hotel to the Spanish steps and is free! A huge disadvantage from the bus is that you have to make a reservation, because of the lack of places. The snacks in Aldrovandi are expensive, like coca cola is €8 , and a glass of wine € 17,-. All together I would really recommend Aldrovandi Palace for a lovely stay in Rome! Review Score: 9

Brilliant hotel! As a customer you become literally pampered. No negative point at all, perhaps a little expensive. A real must for the demanding customer. Review Score: 10

Everything was very good except the choice of food at breakfast. I liked our stay at the hotel but next time I would maybe prefer a bit cheaper variant to save some money. Review Score: 8

We liked everything about the Aldrovandi hotel. The staff is highly professional, the food and beverage is excellent. We were impressed by the Oliver Glowing's cuisine, which was able to surprise us every day during our 9 days stay! The garden is beautiful, like everything, except the carpet in my hotel room. The hotel is placed in a very nice and quiet area, about 25 minutes walk through Borghese Gardens or 5 minutes free shuttle ride, offered by the hotel, to the Spanish Steps. Review Score: 9

We loved the pool and the great buffet breakfast. Aldrovandi does not have another restaurant than the very well (but single) main Michellan start restaurant. This aspect could cause problems if you have a children travelling along. Review Score: 8
